Ok, now we get a clearer picture.
A. Since Tapani has told Andrei, we could have Maryam to ask Andrei to re-apply to join NCUC to be an individual member. (For the future, Joao could do the same, it's easy and fast)
he has to apply to join NCSG first and select NCUC constituency in the application form if he wants. B. Since there is the new representative of GKPF, we have to deal with the GKPF's membership, as Maryam has found that its initial choice was NPOC.
It's a previous mistake for the record? How should we proceed here? 

if there is no trace in application form about GKPG selecting to NCUC as constituency, we have to dig in EC list to find out if previous ECs added it. otherwise we can suppose that was some mistake. I guess we can find a timestamp of the record in the ncuc db to know when it was added. C. How about havingMarysm to confirm with the new representative of GKPF regarding its choice to join NCUC or NPOC.  
GKPF is already a NPOC member, we have to find a trace in NCUC list when and how it was added before contacting anyone.
