[NCUC-EC] The flyer

Hi,

better to have a deadline first for receiving any additional comment or
edits, for example this friday. then clean-up the draft and do a
proofreading.
for photo, it depends if we have new ones. Peter took some previously. we
can select from them. we also have some photos in ncuc website
