[NCUC-EC] [NCUC-DISCUSS] IICD Closing and request for email change

Hi Peter,

Greetings :)

I can see that Andrei owns a business. and in his initial email he has
asked his business to be listed.

As he stated:
"As a result, I would kindly ask you to switch my membership from my IICD
representation to my own company, BARBURAS <https://barburas.com/business/>,
which also partly handles Cyber Security Consultancies and its policies and
procedures development. Changing my membership also implies the change of
the email address that is in the membership list."

As he cannot represent his business organization at NCUC, I think he will
need to apply for NCUC individual membership if he wishes to remain as an
individual member and carry out activities in the interest of
non-commercial users.
