Hello Rafik,

I wish to request funding to attend the CCWG Accountability F2F meeting
March 4, 2016 in Marrakech.

I'm sorry for this late request but I just reached agreement yesterday with
Constituency Travel on arrangements allowing me to attend ICANN55.

The meeting hotel is being priced at over $200 a night, which is
ridiculous. Although I can't make a reservation until next week when I
should have enough money to cover it I would ask for permission to spend up
to $100, combined, for both the hotel and taxi from the hotel to the
meeting site.

We are very shorthanded for this meeting and I would appreciate any
consideration the EC could give fort funding me. If it's not possible I
will show up the evening of the 4th, a covered night, and try to become
updated as soon as I can. I regret that my personal financial situation is
so negative that I really can't do this on my own.
