[NCUC-EC] Call for candidates for GNSO SCI

I agree to extend, but need to call again and send something like Amr's explanation bellow:

"Hi João,

The SCI isn’t a very typical group. It could go on with months of little to no work at all, then the GNSO Council asks it to do something, and it has intense work for a few months. It’s kind of cyclical. But even when there is work to do, the committee never meets more often than bi-weekly.

Still…, the work this committee performs is very important and really serious stuff. It revises and recommends changes to the GNSO operating procedures by which the GNSO is governed. Requires a lot of reading, and a great deal of attention to detail.

I’ve found it to be fun and worthwhile at times, and boring at others, but I never really felt like it kept me too busy. As far as ICANN stuff goes, this one is rather lightweight."
