[NCUC-EC] The candidates for PC

Hi everyone,

if there no objection within Today (Monday 8th February) to appoint Matthew
and Tatiana as NCUC representatives to NCSG PC, I will announce the
decision by Tuesday in NCUC list and inform Tapani officially.
