[NCUC-EC] Applications for Travel Support

Hi,

since Benjamin was the first recipient of the travel support policy, can we
check what he did exactly after that?
as info, James applied several times for the travel support, we should have
in mind how he did since then to make his application more appealing (I
sympathize because I had the same situation when I applied myself for ICANN
fellowship several times).
we also have several new applicants/members here so we should weight how
much we can expect them to be really involved.
always have in mind, travel support is scarce resource so it should be
invested wisely.

I think we can make decision by Tuesday. I don't know if we should do some
polling or weighting (including the distribution made by Milton) but it
will be good that each member do some ordered by preference and give some
rationales for choices.
I think we should at some level give some useful feedback to applicants so
they can improve for next time.

Best,

Rafik
