[NCUC-EC] FW: [NCUC-DISCUSS] Apply to receive travel support for ICANN meeting in Morrocco

hi Milton,

he didn't apply for the travel support but I guess you are talking about
membership eligibility.
I am not sure if there are the provisions in NCUC bylaws about such case
(NCSG charter have but I don't think NCSG EC ever used that)
