[NCUC-EC] Question

Dear Grace,

It seems to be a rather too common occurrence that Constituency Travel
offers tightest possible travel times and you had insist that you
need the extra day and on occasion escalate the request, that is, ask
for Rafik or me to intervene. You weren't the only one with that
problem, in some cases it took non-trivial effort from me to get
appropriate travels arranged.

Unfortunately I didn't proactively check with our travelers
but assumed things were under ok for those who didn't complain. :-(

Anyway, this advice is now too late to help you, but
next time don't take CT's instructions as final - if they
offer you travel times that don't match what you expect,
tell them so, and if it doesn't work ask for our help.

Sincerely,

But how is it that everyone was around (allowed to arrive a day earlier) and I was only allowed to arrive yesterday and strictly for three days? Who made the decision? I know Rafik has been away but would appreciate some explanation from whoever was organizing for this.
