hi Grace,
the extension of an extra night i.e. arriving on Tuesday was made by Tapani
few weeks ago, after he checked with everyone coming from NCSG/NCUC/NPOC
and that info was shared with travel constituency and GNSO staff.
there was no emission from our side.
