[NCUC-EC] Staff meeting on Fri

Hi Rafik,

We can ask whoever we want. :-)

Not that we're guaranteed to get what we want, but we may.

Almost all senior staff are now in Singapore, but most should be back
by Friday and they're prepared to move the meeting to afternoon if
need be.
