[NCUC-EC] Intersessional- Topics

I think a mailing list for NCSG is a good idea Tapani. I don't know if we
have time for an NCUC only or NCSG only session we can find out next week.
If we do, then good idea. But my priority is to talk to EC and strategize
in Iceland.
