[NCUC-EC] Review NCUC Travel Support Applications

Hi everyone

I have looked at the four applications (minus James) and my impression is that only Michael and Bonface are doing ICANN related stuff, while for Benjamin it is implied.  And so I am conflicted in how to share the funds considering we only have 4000 and two (Michael and Hago) have requested for practically the entire amount. I will respond before Friday.

please find attached the requests we received for the NCUC travel support.my understanding is that James withdraw his request.Please review the attached documents and send your selection and the amount that should be allocated by this Friday.the recipients would have to start the visa application soon
