[NCUC-EC] Travel support request to attend Annenberg-Oxford Media Policy Summer Institute

Hi Rafik,

I  believe in Michael's capability and looking forward to his contributions
to NCUC. I do not ,however, agree with his choice of program to do outreach
for us. A summer school has limited attendees, most of the time we have
already one or two NCUC members there. I am grateful that Michael thought
of a program to do outreach for NCUC, but I don't agree with the choice of
program.
