[NCUC-EC] Ayden F reimbursement

Ayden has submitted his blog post so I am processing his payment now. 
A question: we authorized $500 to Ayden but he documented expenditures of $599.89. 
Does the cancellation of one of the other supported travelers allow us to reimburse him fully or should we stick with the original amount?
