[NCUC-EC] Review of CROPP proposals

Hi everyone,

with the latest selection, the slate is clear:

We get for CROPP:
1. Africa : APC (6 votes)
2. Europe: Ayden (4 votes)
3. LAC: Renata (3 votes)
4. Asia Pacific Aartii (4 votes)

with supporting Tatiana and Karel, I will make the announcement later today.
