Hi Peter

What is the best means of communication for you ? Any chat app you use that
is not problematic?

Milton cannot make it to Helsinki. As I said I am not able to confirm due
to not knowing where I am gonna be . But I do believe anyone else that
wants to get the travel slot, needs to justify it. Joao has given us some
tasks that he will fulfill in Helsinki.

If no one else can list duties and what they are going to do in Helsinki, I
believe that we either don't use the slot or we quickly agree on some
community member to get the slot ( although this is late and might not
happen).

To be honest, I think not using a travel slot is better than allotting
without justification.
