[NCUC-EC] NCUC Brochure Chinese Version Completed

Hi everyone,

This is fabulous, thanks for moving it forward so quickly, it looks great (actually, less cluttered than the English).  Ok, when Jia’s had time to review and we’re good to go, let’s post it.  Maryam posted the updated English yesterday to http://www.ncuc.org/brochure/ <http://www.ncuc.org/brochure/>.

Roy, any news on when we can have a Spanish translation of the current doc?  For Buenos Aires, that would seem rather important, and if we have it far enough in advance I can ask ICANN if they have any funds left to print some.
