Hi

Believe it or not they're asking for us to identify covered travelers three months in advance of the meeting this time.

To figure out who we should send from NCUC, let's start with the basics.  Who is interested in going, and do you have alternative funding possibilities or would you need one of the slots?

While I understand that everyone likes to do this, I should add that of course the slots can also be used for regular members who are much involved in ICANN work and ought to be there to represent NCUC.

Thoughts, info, etc?

In order to service your constituency/stakeholder group travel needs for ICANN 53 in Buenos Aires in a timely fashion, please submit your ICANN 53 Meeting database to me by the very latest 12 March 2015.

Please note that when requesting travel support, in the interest of fairness and in light of budget restrictions we would like you to take the following into consideration:

1.         Respond timely to ICANN Travel regarding your upcoming travel to Buenos Aires.
2.         Book direct travel requests. Detours and multi-stop trips are unfortunately not guaranteed.
3.         Strictly limit your travel from your home to the ICANN meeting venue.
4.         Arrive based on your approved dates of arrival to ensure your participation on meetings.
5.         If you require a visa to enter the country, please make sure to acquire your visa immediately.
