> I would like to request funding to travel to the Paris F2F CCWG meeting.
> I have been working with many of the members on coming to an acceptable compromise for the work of the CCWG that suits all involved parties including our own set of criteria here at NCUC.
> Working with both our own members on the CCWG and with many other stakeholders in Istanbul, here in Buenos Aires and will continue to do so in Dublin in October.
> In BA I have been working closely with Robin, Becky Burr and the Sidley team in order to flesh out the details of the proposal and to ensure that it has strong guidance from non-commercial stakeholders. After speaking to Robin before I left BA I believe that we need to ensure that we have a good team in Paris to support her as our nominated member on the CCWG.
> The Paris F2F is a critical point in the timeline for the CCWG and will likely be the point in time where all the details and specifics are hammered out, I believe that it is critical that we have as many NCUC participants at the F2F as possible in order to ensure that our voice is heard and that the end result is one that we agree with strongly and is one that reflects NCUCs values and policies.

> If I was to book today my request would be for 226 (Flight) + 509 (Hotel) all other costs I will cover out of pocket. These prices are changing daily so if needed I can update prior to approval.
