[NCUC-EC] IMPORTANT DEADLINES for ICANN55 Special Budget Requests Publications

Hi Milton,

let me give the whole picture :)
each SG/C is entitled to a some budget for printing material which can be
cards, flyers, or newsletters. ICANN staff managing this usually send
reminders before each ICANN meetings to check if we want some material
printed out and shipped to the meeting. there is possibility to get some
help for the design but it means we have to send our request and content
earlier.

NCUC made as you know a flyer and we got members to do several
translations. for morocco meeting, it would make sense to have the english,
french and arabic version printed. however, we need also to update the
content and/or put some new stuff there. it means updating the english
version first since it is the reference then we can update for other
languages.

on other hand, we can work on other content/format we may want to get for
the meeting such as a newsletter.b
