[NCUC-EC] let's start

I'm interested to participate on NCPH meeting this year again, I don't know how Bill last year bring the entire NCUC EC to NCPH on Washington, plus other NCUC members. We have six slots to NCUC plus NCUC EC or just for NCUC?
