Hi Stefania,

as you know, you are NCSG alternate representative in the SCI and Avri is
the main , but she wants to leave and expressed that many times. I asked
her if she can mentors/supports you for 3 months so you can get familiar
with current discussions there and what is about i.e. establishing
operating rules and procedures for GNSO. that is definitely space for you
to commit there by becoming the main NCSG representative there.what do you
think?

@NCUC EC regarding the NCUC representatives in NCSG PC, please remind
people about time commitment there and being responsive. it is definitely
an important place to do work with reading statements , reviewing and
endorsing them in addition to discuss policy topics in GNSO council. a
non-responsive member will impede the work of the whole committee. maybe
also reminding them that NCSG don't have any travel support for those
positions.

Best,

Rafik
