[NCUC-EC] Amendment to minutes on hotel expenses

Some people thought i was being overly strict already in laying down conditions for reimbursement; if you recall even a Councilor complained on the list about having to make a separate reservation.  So I was loath to be more hard core in public.  I did write to the three hotel claimants privately and say we have not heard back from you and need to for you to be reimbursed.

Sometimes people just don’t recognize the need to reply to mail promptly.
