[NCUC-EC] travel support for ICANN #51

Dear NCUC EC,

As NCUC's representative to the NCSG EC, I'm writing to the NCUC EC to request travel support to attend the LA ICANN Meeting and participate in the various meetings there.  Coming from northern California, a trip to southern California is relatively inexpensive.  Thank you.
