[NCUC-EC] Fwd: [GANDI] Insufficient credits in your account

Dear Executive Committee,

We need to refill our account with Gandi to continue using their services
(the website was just suspended, I missed the warning messages because of
the US holiday weekend).

Approximately 14 months service costs $364 and can be paid preferably by
credit card.  Can you please authorize this expense so our treasurer can
proceed quickly?
