[NCUC-EC] Article 19 and ICANN reform

Thanks Stefi, very interesting.  I wasn’t familiar with Niels, http://www.linkedin.com/in/nielstenoever.  Ok, let’s consider him in the pool too.  

Problem is obviously going to be a mismatch between demand and supply, especially given the imperative to be cross-community inclusive.   I’m a bit loath to go to six people on a 75 minute panel unless we can guarantee really effective moderator-driven interactive panels, but let’s talk about it 3pm CET today.
