[NCUC-EC] EC Decision Making

Hi guys,

I agree with both of you. There should be documentation of decisions but first there must be decisions to document.

I'd suggest the wrong people are engaged in this discussion. The question should go out to those not as active on the list as you two or I: what can be done to make it easier for you, as in the other EC members, to participate in the decision making process?
