[NCUC-EC] Regional Reps Response Requested

Hi guys,

We've appointed Amr as our primary representative to the SCI. After doing
that I nominated Nuno Garcia to be appointed as our alternate.

Wilson has +1 this nomination. Could I possibly get approval from at least
1 other regional rep, or opposition from anyone, so we can get this
resolved and I can notify ICANN of the appointments?
