[NCUC-EC] Comment on GNSO Structures Charter Amendment Process

Hi everyone,


Last week I attempted to get the NCUC to support an IPC comment on the GNSO
Charter Amendments Process. Bill was the only one who responded (thanks) so
that effort stalled and died.

Just to keep everyone informed, I went ahead posted a comment in my own
individual capacity last night a few minutes before the Reply deadline. It
