[NCUC-EC] SCI Appointment: EC Member Assent Required

Hello everyone,

I've reached out to Amr and am delighted to report that he's willing to
serve as our primary representative on the SCI. Bill (see below) has
indicated his agreement with this appointment. If we could get two regional
E.C. members to indicate support for Amr (or opposition, or suggestion of
someone else etc.) that would be great. As I mentioned, there is an
extremely important SCI call tomorrow and it is really vital we're
represented. So Carlos, Wilson, Tapani, Peter..please let us know your
thoughts as soon as you can.

As for the alternate slot I've reached out to Nuno and am waiting for his
response. If he's no longer interested I'm happy to take the slot or we can
open it up again to the list. For now, I'd just like to get the primary
position filled.

Thanks for your consideration,

Ed
