[NCUC-EC] EC meeting?

Hi Bill,

meeting at 13:00GMT looks ok for me,and hopefully avoiding some WG
calls.wednesday seems OK too.
for decisions, we don't need necessarily transcripts but at least having
minutes and clearly stating when we reach decision. shall we follow
robert's rules :)?
