[NCUC-EC] keeping another org member

[Tapani Tarvainen]

A small followup: I updated member database and ncuc-discuss mailing
list accordingly and sent the change to Glen, and she confirmed it
was on time, so Mariel will get to vote in the forthcoming election as
CTS rep.
