[NCUC-EC] Meeting

Hello,


I assume that due to the lack of response from anyone other than Tapani or
myself there will be no EC meeting today. If I'm incorrect I hope someone
can let me know by 14:00 UTC so I'm here. It obviously makes no sense to
have a meeting without a quorum.

Thanks, Bill, for trying. I think it would have been useful. Sad outcome.
