[NCUC-EC] Durban Travel Support

Hi Bill,

At the airport en route to Paris - glad I got this before boarding the
plane.

I would be honoured if Kathy could take the slot that was originally given
to me. In fact, I should never have a travel slot if Kathy needs one. She
is far more valuable than me in every possible way and I really hope she
can go.

I've been in contact with Nuno in recent weeks and he'd be a fine choice as
well.

Thanks for getting on this so quickly, Bill. Thanks as well for the warm
surgical wishes. The concept of not walking on the side of my little toe
for life is an appealing one. Enjoy Durban and, as I wrote, there is still
a chance I'll be there for the first few days.
