[NCUC-EC] Durban Hotel Arrangements Thursday 11 July

So some things are starting to come into focus logistically.

Nuno Garcia replaces Ed Morris and Marc Perkel replaces Wendy Seltzer as covered travelers.   Gents, if you're able, please get Joseph at Constituency Travel to arrange for you to arrive on Thursday 11th so you can participate in our Friday 12th outreach events at the African School on Internet Governance http://african-ig-school.events.apc.org which will be held at the Hotel64 on Gordon http://www.hotel64ongordon.co.za.  I believe the NCUC EC will agree to cover the extra night of hotel (it's cheap).  Wilson, you indicated before you need a hotel on the 11th as well.  The EC has committed to cover that previously.

Could everyone take care of their own arrangements as follows:

1.  Fill out the Doodle for the events on the 12th http://www.doodle.com/ccc2uvz7hwem37xi.  Of course, even if Constituency Travel can't get you in until Friday (in which case you skip the below and go straight to whatever hotel ICANN's providing from that date), you may still be able to join us for some of the Friday stuff; the dinner/party should be a lot of fun.

2.  Contact Emilar Vushe <emilar at apc.org>  the logistical impresario of the organizer, Association for Progressive Communications (APC), and ask her to book you in one of the School's hotels for Thursday night.  Hotel64 is small so she is booking some people at the Florida Park Hotel www.floridaparkhotel.co.za/‎which is walking distance.

3.  Pay for the hotel when there (sorry, will be cheap though) and after returning submit receipts to our Secretary Treasurer, Milton Mueller <mueller at syr.edu> who will arrange reimbursement.
