[NCUC-EC] Interim Asian Representative

Is there a reason Peter has been made an "interim" EC member?

Interim is a term generally used to indicate a bit of a placeholder until a
permanent member would be chosen by special election. As Peter will serve
until the next regular election period, I'd suggest the minutes be amended
to indicate that Peter has been selected as the EC member for Asia.

I would also suggest the term "nominated" be replaced by "selected"for
Rafik and Nuno as well. We as an EC are selecting, not nominating, people
for positions. No further action need be taken by anyone for the selections
to be final.

I stand to be corrected...
