[NCUC-EC] [NCUC Finance] Budget Requests Due This Friday

OK, sorry, have been too busy past few days to follow the discussion.
Anyway, if I'm around next year I don't need it and I don't have time
right now to think of how much it should be, so drop it for now unless
someone else comes up with a proposal.
