[NCUC-EC] join NCUC loop

Nice to see you at the meeting!

The easiest way to stay connected is for you and your organization to
join the NCUC. The way you do this is to fill out the Stakeholder
Group form (https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/How+to+Join)
and when completing it select the "Noncommercial Users Constituency
(NCUC)".

I'd love to hear more about your work. We already have member or two
from Thailand that you might know. Will you be around all week?
