[Ec-ncuc] EuroDig outreach

The EuroDig planning session scheduled from 11:00 to 17:00 on 29/1 at Hotel
Altis, Rua Castilho 1.

Unfortunately it is scheduled for the same day as the the NCHP meeting in
Los Angeles. I'll try to participate remotely at some point but it would be
great if you could do some of the 'heavy lifting' for us there. As you
know, the selection process is different this year so it will be quite
interesting to see what comes out of the session.
