Agreed. As I already said, I would like to have a budget discussed and
approved by the EC, or if not formal budget, at least some kind of
rough plan on managing NCUC funds. How "proper" or formal such oversight
needs to be, given the relatively small amounts involved, is
debatable, however.

That could work, if we have a good person to do it.
(Not me. I am good at making ends meet when money is tight,
but not so much at fundraising.)
