[Ec-ncuc] NCUC Toronto event

Dear all,

In today's call we discussed a bit about the Toronto event. What was identified is that there is no leader for this project. Brenden can certainly get us in touch with the Citizen Lab folks and others are willing to be part of the program committee. But, we need someone to lead on this.

Robin would you be willing to lead on this with Brenden's help ? re possible interns in Canada, etc. my understanding is that if Citizen Lab agree they can share the burden in organizing this.

We need to get this going if we want to make it! I suggest we arrange a call if you think it is necessary.
