[Ec-ncuc] Singapore fares and travel

Dear all,

After searching for flights and accommodation, the full amount for it all comes to just under 3,000 USD - and just wanted to give you the heads up. I am off tomorrow for a conference in DC, so I will be booking my flights as soon as I am back (Monday, May 9), unless I hear any objections from this group.
