Dear Konstantinos,

Thank you for this strategic call to action. Given Milton's exemplary
performance, I unreservedly endorse the EC nominates him to the
Secretary-Treasurer role.

On outreach, for now pleased to report that I have just come from a meeting
with Article 19 Kenya/Eastern Africa Office on a closer collaboration on
Freedom of Expression online. We should expect NCUC, by extension, to be
more closely involved in coming years.

Conscious of preexisting and emergent threats to effective civil society
policy work at iCANN. Let us use the break to think through the various
points that you have highlighted and contribute our own to thereafter share
for a best plan of action. We owe it them whom entrusted us to deliver
results.

Wish you safe travels, and all Happy Holidays.

regards,

Alex
