[Ec-ncuc] travel support to Dakar

I should have done this long before, but I've just come back from my holidays. I would like to suggest NCUC supports the following people going to Dakar.

Robin Gross
Alex Gakuru
Konstantinos Komaitis

As you know Dakar will be very important for NCUC ? following the various elections at this stage and the issue of how NPOC and its members are seeking to position themselves within non-commercial interests, I think it is vital to have as many people there as possible. I will be sending a subsequent email with the estimated costs for each travel and may I ask Alex and Robin to send me their estimated costs as soon as possible.
