Dear All,

I would like to nominate Lia Hernández for the NCUC EC Latin America and
Caribbean position.

She is widely recognized for her leadership of an organization that is
fully committed to the promotion, advocacy, and research of Internet public
policy, as well as the protection and advancement of digital rights in
Central America. She has been an active member of the NCUC for many years
and previously served as a NomCom delegate.
