[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination of Godsway Kubi for NCUC EC Africa Position

Dear NCUC Members,

I am pleased to formally nominate Godsway Kubi for the NCUC EC Africa
position. Godsway has consistently demonstrated commitment to the values
and objectives of the NCUC, particularly through active engagement in
Internet governance discussions, community participation, and advocacy for
inclusive digital policy development within the African region. He is an
active member of the Internet Society Cybersecurity SIG. He participates in
multiple working groups that represent NCUC and NCSG. At every constituency
engagement, he always shares his contributions constructively.

His dedication to strengthening stakeholder participation and supporting
capacity development initiatives makes him well-suited for this leadership
role. He is committed and can make a difference.I respectfully encourage
members to support his nomination and candidature.
