Dear Thoko, all

Thank you very much, Thoko, for the confidence and trust you have shown in
nominating me for the position of Chair of the Non-Commercial Stakeholder
Group (NCSG). I am truly honored by the nomination. However, due to my
current commitments and my desire to run again for the position of NCUC
Chair in order to successfully complete my term and ongoing work, I would
respectfully like to decline the nomination at this time.

I sincerely appreciate your support and remain fully committed to
contributing to the work of the NCSG.

Let me also take this opportunity to thank Ines and Stephanie for
supporting this nomination. I would be grateful to continue receiving their
support as I seek to run again as  NCUC Chair.
