[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomination: Amin Hacha for NCUC Chair

Dear everyone, I want to joining me to Tapani's nomination. I consider that Amin has demonstrated his skills and leadership on several previous roles he had assumed. I know, if he is willing to accept this nomination, he will do a great job as a Chair.
