[NCUC-DISCUSS] Newly Approved NCSG/NCUC/NPOC Members (February NCSG EC meeting)

Thank you sincerely for the warm welcome.

I am truly pleased to join the NCUC community and to collaborate with such
a diverse and committed group in advancing the interests of non-commercial
users within ICANN and the broader internet governance landscape. It is a
pleasure to introduce myself to the NCUC community. I am Sadichchha Silwal,
a licensed advocate from Nepal working at the intersection of law,
technology, and human rights. I was one of nextgen at ICANN84.  I serve as the
board member and chapter leader of ISOC Nepal chapter and am actively
engaged in internet governance processes at national and regional levels.

My work focuses on online freedom of expression and association, privacy
and data protection, cybersecurity law and policy, and accountable digital
governance. I am involved in policy advocacy, regulatory analysis, capacity
building, and multi-stakeholder coordination to strengthen public-interest
safeguards in digital policy frameworks.

 I am particularly interested in how privacy and safety considerations
within domain name policy intersect with digital rights and inclusive
participation from the Global South. I look forward to contributing
constructively to ongoing policy discussions within NCUC.
